We are passionate about helping our local community of hero’s; our veterans, first responders and teachers. We can only achieve our mission with your help. Everyone who works at Lotus Bloom Farm for our foundation is a volunteer. We do not pay salaries to top executives, every penny raised goes towards achieving our mission, creating the space and hosting the events FREE OF CHARGE!
It takes a village! Not only do we value your donation but if you would like to donate your time, services, product, we welcome all and everything! Below are our current contractor needs to move forwards with our mission;
Renovation of the garage into a studio space: To host our events our foundation needs this dedicated space so that we are never at the mercy of the weather. We need a construction company who is willing to review and provide the necessary man power to convert the current 55’ x 35’ garage to a studio. It already has electrical supply and a substantial concrete pad and metal roof.
Roof repair to the main location: Our kitchen, bathrooms and other spaces are located in the main building on the property. The roof is in need of replacement and we are looking for a reputable company to donate their services.
Landscaping: While the president Karen Felimond has personally created a beautiful herb garden and her sons have helped with some hard scape areas, there is more to do. We would love someone to donate their expertise to assist in creating a beautiful space in the open areas for all to enjoy. It is our vision to ultimately create a herb labyrinth.
Arborist: We would love a few of the trees to be cut back.
Wood Chips: We want to use wood chips to help create walking paths in the woods. If you are an arborist and need a great place to dispose of your wood chips we will happily take them.
