About Us
Our Mission
We understand that the lives of our heroes are constantly under stress. Whether it be getting ready to go off and save people in an emergency situation, preparing our children for a future of unknowns, or defending us with their lives on the line.
Our mission is to help provide the optimal environment, expertise and tools so that not only does a days wellness retreat help to relax and rejuvenate but we hope that each and every person attending will be inspired and take away ideas of ways they can incorporate well-being into their daily lives, so that they may continue to serve in their chosen career path without the detriment to their health.
Your donation allows us to make this experience everything our heroes of the community deserve.

The Vision
As you arrive at the tree-lined driveway, leave your stress behind. Stay for an hour, a morning, all day or overnight wellness retreat.
Alleviate pain with KORE therapy, and soothe sore muscles with a Hydrotherm massage. Free the body with Yoga on the deck overlooking the woods or calm the mind with some meditation bathed in the energy of the forest. Get back to nature with a gentle walk or float away your cares in the pool.
Whatever your visit looks like you will leave feeling better.

Lauren Miles L.M.T
Lauren is a Richmond native who always had the urge to travel west. While travelling out west she landed herself in Big Sky Montana where her passion for snowboarding and rock climbing sparked to new levels. Through the progression of these sports, her fascination with the human anatomy and physiology took off. While receiving massage, acupuncture, and other alternative therapies to create health and wellness, she discovered her passion for massage therapy.
“I know that when my mind and body are in balance I will perform and show up as my best.” Her style of massage is connecting, and she enjoys helping clients with neck and back pain, structural imbalance, and overall well-being. Lauren is taken an interest in cupping therapy and has received additional advanced training in static and dynamic cupping techniques. She thrives on making each client feel part of their wellness plan and goals. “My aspirations are to promote functional movements and overall tranquillity in life
Maple Felimond C.U.T.E
Maple is much more than just a mascot, she is a therapy dog who heals by proxy and is great at putting people at ease. Born in 2020, she came to us as the smallest in her litter with a sassy attitude. As she rode home with us from North Carolina, a tiny bundle of fluff, she soon became part of the family and every clients favorite greeter. She may not be able to perform KORE therapy, or any sort of massage, but where she lacks in those skills she makes up in her personality. Every client who walks through the doors is always welcomed with her toothy smile, where she happily offers hugs, kisses, and also the option to give her a treat. When she isn’t working hard laying on the floor as you get your treatment, she enjoys long walks, her mom’s tuna leftovers, her slightly less fluffy brothers, and protecting her mom’s blueberries from squirrels.
In her words “Woof. Woof? Woof!” or translated by her eldest brother: “I love being able to see mom’s lovely clients every day and make their smiles just a little bit brighter, especially the ones that give me lovin”.
